Tonight at 9:30/8:30c, Disney Channel presents the Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown, a look at the animated series’ best music video sequences to date. And host Kelly Osbourne just may have found a sidekick more, um, zany than that Ross guy.

As seen in this sneak peek below, the singer/TV personality/fashionista is set to announce the countdown’s No. 1 song when Dr. Doofenshmirtz — who cohosts with Major Monogram — labors to tee up a flashback to his childhood, which undoubtedly includes his hometown of Drusselstein and/or lawn gnomes. Osbourne, though, is determined to staying on script.
